From the inventor of the locking plier comes the pinch off plier. If you have experience with Vice Grip you already know it is a quality tool. When it comes to closing or sealing while cutting a copper or other soft metal tubing this is the tool to use. You can either lock it on or not, depending on the pressure you use. I have used it by clamping it on two times in a row and inch apart to seal a particularly nasty leak. It can also be used to smash cut copper or malleable iron wire. It is okay, in a pinch, as a clamping plier! Great tool!
