its a ok pair of cutters. its no where near a klein by any means but i do love the face you melt the SOB and ideal still will exchange it. im prob about to switch to an all ideal tool set just for that reason. klein is real picky on there warranty rules when it comes to hot burns, prying or chiseling but ideal doesnt care. good stuff for a low price get it while you can. they are not the best by any means but are a lot better than most of the stuff out there. still i would choose klein any day
