What a great product! Locks on any size within it's range without any adjustment. Just set the small force adjuster to set the clamping power to your liking the first time you use it and you are ready to go. Also, the release is smooth and easy and no pinching or hand stinging like you have experienced with other locking pliers. A quality tool that is definitely worth the price. I just wish they had invented this years ago (patent 6,591,719 July 2003).

With traditional locking pliers, I often have to adjust the size of the opening several times to get the right size for the object I'm trying to grab. With these locking pliers, you adjust the amount of pressure, not the size of the jaw. Amazingly innovative.
